I'm interested in any comments the group may have. I haven't found that LORTAB has worked for me, but I must say I'm curious where you got your information from, How can a non-narcotic be classified as narcotic and LORTAB is this re-classification supposed to occur. I believe that lower dosage methadone like 10mg per LORTAB will not adversly effect tolerance enough to prevent usage of breakthrough pain medication like Roxicodone or Hydromorphone. I have no side effects from methadone those listed are lowered BP and constipation as in all narcotic pain relievers.
